Episode 31
I address three "anti-apologetics" passages in Scripture, demonstrating how none of them are opposed to the apologetic enterprise: (1) Jn 20:29; (2) 1 Cor 2:1-5; (3) Col 2:8. Then I begin talking about the value of apologetics, specifically for unbelievers. I argue that value of apologetics for non-believers is that it removes intellectual barriers to faith and provides unbelievers with good reasons to put their trust in Christ. In that context, I speak about the role of reason vs. the role of the Holy Spirit.
